On Instagram and TikTok she shares thoughts on life in your 30s, book recommendations, and a realistic approach to wellness. In addition to creating content, she works full-time in social media marketing at Bookshop.org and previously taught yoga and fitness classes in NYC. More likely than not you can find her curled up with a fabulous book or walking around Manhattan listening to a podcast while sipping an iced soy vanilla latte.
